At Laliberte Interiors, we take time management seriously. A complete design/remodel project contains many moving parts. There are measurements, design plans, furniture orders, and delivery dates that we need to stay on top of, in addition to coordinating the various contractors working within the space. These days, we also have to take into account production delays and complications due to the pandemic.
At the onset of each project, we carefully lay out schedules, deadlines, and responsibilities for our team members through our project management platform. Having this kind of robust internal communication means that everyone knows their tasks.
Our project management process also allows for optimal communication with our clients. They can sign in to our portal to view schedules, installation processes, and design plans. They are also able to pose new questions or comments for the Laliberte team. It’s a wonderful way to keep all of our information secure yet available for reference.
